Thanks for coming to my page! The Foundation Cup is an SCGA Junior Golf Foundation fundraising tournament, hosted annually at a premier private club in Orange County. On July 21st, I will play alongside three Foundation supporters at Mesa Verde CC in a fun and competitive round of golf that aims to raise money for the Foundation.
A little bit about me! I started playing golf around the age of 10, where I fell in love with the sport. I played on and off for a few years, but started to take golf seriously during my freshman year of high school. I joined the golf team, where throughout the next four years, we won a CIF championship, League championship, and various other invitational tournaments. I now attend school at Azusa Pacific University, where I am studying to become a registered nurse!
The SCGA Junior Golf Foundation inspires kids like me to play golf by creating a fun, engaged community that provides a safe, supportive and encouraging environment for us to have fun and develop the necessary skills to achieve our goals on and off the course. I wouldn't be where I am with golf today if it wasn't for my involvement in the SCGA Junior programs.
