Hello! My name is Kendrick Tan, and I’m a junior golfer who is fundraising for SCGA Junior and the Foundation Cup.

The SCGA Junior is a foundation that allows all kids to learn the game of golf. From the golf swing to the rules of the game to on-course etiquette, the SCGA Junior not only teaches young players what the game is and how to play, but it also teaches them skills and lessons that they can use in the outside world. The SCGA Junior has given me the opportunity to meet many players of the same age as me who enjoy golf as much as I do, and I still talk to/hang out with many of them today.

The Foundation Cup is an annually hosted tournament in Orange County. The purpose of the tournament is to raise money for the SCGA Junior while allowing juniors and SCGA supporters to enjoy a fun and competitive round of golf. In July, I will be able to participate in this event, and I’m really excited.
